January 2016 our heater went out at our business. We ordered the Modine PDP-150,000 BTU Unit Heater. Other than the shipping was slow - we received this heater a little later than expected in Wisconsin. The heater was installed and is working great as of today, March 2.

Our main house is cooled by a 2.5 ton conventional a/c. I replaced that unit in June with a new American Standard (Trane) a/c. On the back of the house is a Florida room 44' x 12' that was not air conditioned. Three sides of the room are sliding glass doors, circa 1989, overlooking a lake and facing east. New Heater Installed May 17, 2016

The heater was ordered on a Friday and I could have gotten it on Wed but I could not have anybody here to receive it till Friday. It arrived on Friday morning just as I finished taking out the old furnace. I had it up and running by Monday, I tried to get the new one as close as possible as the old one in output and so I only got the single stage. Exactly What I Had Expected Sep 21, 2016

Installation was easy. Cools my whole house in full sun quicker than my car cools. A little louder than I thought. Condenser is large. Remote has plenty of settings. Overall, a great product so far.
