Within 10 days i was shipped a new unit. it has worked flawlessly for the past three weeks. I am hopeful it continues to provide the wonderful comfort that i expect for my 1200 sq. Ft. AC coil was supposed to be vertical and horizontal. It will only work in horizontal position. Only one drain pan.
