The unit is what I ordered, arrived on time slight shipping damage to the metal grill down low on the condenser unit although it didn't hit the coil I will straiten the metal because were I am installing the unit it will not be noticed. Thanks for the great service. Tom

Friday morning I called your customer service, "It will be delivered by 4PM." I called again at 3:00 PM. "It will be delivered by 4PM"... I called again at 4:30, no delivery? Delivery was OK (took awhile). I installed the indoor unit in a difficult spot so ducting was a real challenge. The concern was finding a HVAC teck to complete the skilled work. It was several calls to find one and therefore paid more than I had budgeted. Recommend working on that issue prior to jumping in to self installation. Happy with the system.

it was installed on the august 16, 2016 I installed the furnace and the coil and the central unit also changed the duct work and had it all set up I do have a license. but I felt this being a new type to me I called April country air to make sure the warrant was good and they was here In good time now the central unit has been running good and keeping the home at the same temp. we will see how it dose in cold weather I do want to thank you do I need warrant papers or is the paper good
