I recently purchased the MXZ-2C20NAHZ along with the 12K and 9K floor mounted indoor units. I also purchased two Mitsubishi line sets, wall brackets, disconnect switch and drain tubing. Easy to install and connect. In hybrid mode made hot water very fast. Warm water with 20 minutes on initial start. You can hear the compressor and fan run so install in an area where the fan noise will not bother you. Very happy with the first week of operation.

Received unit only issue unit would be left in driveway not placed on porch. Family strained and put unit inside house. My only complaint. Unit working great. Cold Air Rocks. It has been a sweat box. Good product and great price. I strongly recommend a/c unit.
