I recently bought this Mitsubishi A/C with accessories and am very happy with the results. After getting ridiculous quotes from Home Depot and Local Installers, this was by far the better and cheaper way to go. All equipment was shipped right away and arrived in perfect condition. I had to find my own installer by referral - the links provided by eComfort led to installers who did not want to be bothered with equipment they did not provide. Our main house is cooled by a 2.5 ton conventional a/c. I replaced that unit in June with a new American Standard (Trane) a/c. On the back of the house is a Florida room 44' x 12' that was not air conditioned. Three sides of the room are sliding glass doors, circa 1989, overlooking a lake and facing east. We bought this unit to replace a 30 year old unit. We wanted one very similar so installation would be easy and a do it yourself job. I am always leery about on line shopping, but ecomfort made me comfortable with my experience. The unit was exactly what we wanted and installation was fantastic. We had to modify one piece of duct work--which was really nothing. I would shop at ecomfort in the future.
