AC unit of 8 years died during heat spell and contractors where quoting very high prices to replace. Having some mechanical ability I decided to purchase and install a new unit myself. eComfort guided me through the whole system and the new unit was shipped to Calif. in just a few days. The product is well designed in both looks and operation. The detailed installation instructions made the job fun. The results - a very happy, cool wife. The assistance from eComfort during the purchase and throughout the installation made the job an enjoyable "task"!
