We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. I have owned this product for five months. The plumber has been here 20 times trying to get it to work. I currently have no heat. I am very unhappy with this product.
